Arkonos Labs provides digital infrastructure consultancy, web development, and managed technology services. These terms govern your use of our website and engagement with our services.
2. Use of This Website
By using this website you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries
- Not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Arkonos Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. Project Engagements
Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a binding agreement. Formal project engagements are subject to a separate statement of work or contract which will detail scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
5. Ownership of Your Website
For websites we build for you, you own the website, your domain name, your content and your customers' data from day one. If you leave, we hand it all over: your domain, content, source files and customer data. Moving the site onto hosting you control is our one-off handover, currently £400.
6. In-depth Website Audits
- The in-depth audit costs £195, paid in advance by card through Stripe. It is sold to businesses, for use in their business.
- We test your website from the outside, the same way Google and your visitors see it. We don't need a login and we don't change anything on your site.
- We aim to send your report within 2 working days of payment, by email, as a PDF with a download link that works for 60 days.
- Build credit: if you book a website build with Arkonos Labs within 60 days of paying, the full £195 is taken off the build price. The credit can be used once, for the business named on the order, and has no cash value.
- Refunds: if your site blocks automated testing so we can't produce a useful report, we refund you in full. Once the report has been sent, the fee isn't refundable.
- The report reflects your site on the day we tested it. It is advice, not a guarantee of search rankings or results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkonos Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
