Setup fees cover connecting your forms and, for the receptionist, setting up your number, greeting and answers. Website builds are quoted separately.

Questions
Do I need a new website?
No. If we built your site, Growth plugs straight into it. If you have a site already, we connect your contact form to it or replace the form, as part of the setup.
Will the emails sound like a robot?
They come from your business name and read the way you'd write them. You can edit every message in your dashboard, and when a customer replies, it lands in your normal inbox.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers your business number when you can't: it greets callers in your business's name, answers common questions you've given it, takes their name, number and what they need, and emails you a summary within minutes. Callers who leave details go into the same follow-up and review flow as website enquiries.
How many calls does it cover?
300 call minutes a month are included, which is enough for most small businesses. Beyond that it's 30p a minute, and we'll tell you before that ever happens.
How will I know it's working?
Your dashboard shows every enquiry and call as it happens. On the 1st of each month we also email you a results report for the month before: enquiries, instant replies and follow-ups sent, jobs done, review requests sent and, with the receptionist, calls answered and minutes used.
Who owns my website?
You do. For sites we build, you own the website, domain, content and customer data from day one, and if you leave we hand it all over. Moving the site onto hosting you control is our one-off £400 handover.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are billed month to month with no long contract. Just message us from your client portal.
